Interesting article from the Guardian today on research suggesting gaming can be good for mental health.

The research focuses on using real time data whilst linking up to psychological questionnaires. This is opposed to self-reported play of previous studies which the study argues weakly correlates with reality

Whilst the research doesn’t claim the findings are a blank cheque for gaming. And there is a limited amount of games studied. It does take a step forward in questioning some pre-conceived notions that videogaming can be toxic, and harm mental health.

Link to article is in the comments, as LinkedIn doesn’t like people clicking to other sites.

Hope today you have a good mental health day.
