The guide talks of the how nature affects our senses and contains imaginative and simple suggestions for seasonal activities to help you enjoy nature in your area throughout the year.
The activities suggested are backed up with research that have shown to enhance your wellbeing. These include:

The guide is 102 pages, but doesn’t feel onerous to read. It’s elegantly designed so you can dip in and out with ease.
