Recently, I had the privilege of delivering Mental Health First Aid training in partnership with Rethink Mental Illness, commissioned by the London Borough of Camden, using the nationally recognised MHFA England framework.

The programme brought together colleagues committed to strengthening workplace mental health conversations and building confidence in supporting others when it matters most.
