Ben is a senior member of the Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists (ACCPH) professional body and lead therapist at Minds over Matters. Everyone is unique so Ben’s philosophy is to tailor a therapeutic approach to the specific clients’ needs. Whether you want to address an issue in the past, change how you feel in the present or positively shape your future, we can help. Ben has a NCFE level 2 qualification in counselling and a NCFE level 3 qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. He also holds a Hypnotherapy Practitioners Diploma and is a practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Structure and costs of the sessions

A standard session is 1 hour and costs £60. A smoking cessation session lasts between 1 ½ – 2 hours and costs £150.
