This is a one-day course and is available as either as one day in the classroom of two half day sessions.

This one-day course trains you as an Mental Health Champion, giving you:
- An understanding of common mental health issues
- Knowledge and confidence to advocate for mental health awareness
- Ability to spot signs of mental ill health
- Skills to support positive wellbeing
Cost and value of the course
Mental Health First Aid England value this course at £200 per person. All learners will receive the Mental Health Champion course manual, workbook and plastic action plan.

Assessment
There is no formal assessment for this adult Mental Health Champion course.
Certification
On completion of the course all learners will receive a digital Mental Health Champion certificate issued by Mental Health First Aid England.
