Mental Health First Aid
Poor mental health costs UK employers £51 billion a year. But for every £1 spent by employers on mental health interventions they get back £5.30 in reduced absence, presenteeism and staff turnover (Deloitte 2024).
Help your team become more resilient by training them as a Mental Health First Aider® and receive three years of certification, plus access to ongoing benefits by joining the Association of Mental Health First Aiders®.
